Cantonments to enter Third Division tournament

The Ghana Football Association have announced that there will be a tournament for all Third Division teams taking place during the FIFA World Cup. Cantonments FC will participate in the second edition of the RB Business Consult Tournament, to be played at Town Park, Accra.

A total of sixteen teams have been divided into groups of four, with the top two from each group set to progress to the quarter finals. The Semis and Finals will be played in El Wak Stadium in early July.

Cantonments have been drawn in a group with familiar foes Labone FC, Mandela FC and Obunu FC. Coach Eric Ofori is set to name an experimental line up for the tournament in order to try different styles of play before the Third Division league resumes after the World Cup.
